International Delivery Times
Due to Covid restrictions, flight capacity out of Australia has been reduced and additional delays with receiving Customs is being experienced.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
There may be customs or import duties being charged upon your delivery reaching its destination country. These charges are the responsibility for payment by the recipient of the delivered parcel. We are unable to predict what these charges may be, and the recipient of the delivered parcel is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. Please contact your local customs office for more information on any charges that may apply.
PROCESSING
For orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day, every attempt will be made for it to be processed, packed and dispatched that same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
Please note if your order is received after 2pm AEST on a Friday, on the weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed on the next occurring business day in QLD.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your order due to providing an incorrect address.
Once your parcel has left Estivo Swimwear, the goods are the property of our courier. Estivo Swimwear is not legally responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods including parcels left at the nominated address if you are not present at time of delivery.
However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time guide, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
